Drop your bills in or let them arrive straight from your email. Alex reads the vendor, amounts, due date, discount terms and bank details, flags anything that looks off and prepares one payment per vendor. You pay in your own online banking.
Done, all 3 read. Pay Northside Print by Sep 29 and the 2/10 discount saves you $12.48.

How it works
From a pile of bills to payments ready to send
Nothing to set up before you start. Dropping in the first bill is enough.
1
Bills come in
Drag PDFs or photos onto the page, up to ten at a time. With the Email Agent, bills from your inbox show up on their own. Same file twice? It gets skipped.
2
Alex reads and checks
Vendor, customer number, amounts, due date, discount terms and bank details land in the form within seconds. Anything unusual gets a flag: duplicate, new bank details, unusually high, credit memo.
3
You approve
“Review one by one” walks you through every new bill, with the arrow keys or a swipe on your phone. Approve, postpone or reject. Along the way, Alex gets to know each vendor.
4
Payments are ready
One payment per vendor with the memo already written and every field ready to copy. For European accounts there is a GiroCode and a SEPA file too. You pay in your online banking, then mark everything as paid.

Fraud protection
Switched bank details get caught before you pay
A fake bill with new bank details is a well-known scam aimed at small businesses. Alex remembers the IBAN each vendor used on earlier bills and raises a flag as soon as a different one shows up.

Early payment discounts
Take every “2/10 Net 30” without keeping track
For every bill, Alex checks whether the discount is still within reach: today plus the time it takes for the money to arrive. If it fits, the discounted amount is already in the payment run. If the window has closed, the full amount applies.

Vendors and spend
Alex knows your vendors and sees what’s coming
With every approved bill, Alex learns more: customer number, bank details, payment method, totals and the usual gap between two bills. If a regular bill doesn’t show up, he tells you. The spend preview shows what comes due over the next four weeks.

Your money stays with your bank
Automagio prepares. You send the payment.
The Bills Agent needs no access to your bank account and cannot move money. You approve every payment in your online banking, the way you always do. Even if someone got hold of your Automagio data, they couldn’t send a cent with it.

Autopay, PayPal and cards stay separate
Anything that gets charged automatically stays out of the payment run. Autopay bills move to “Paid” on their own after the debit date, and PayPal or card bills just need a confirmation.

GiroCode and SEPA file for Europe
Paying European vendors? Every payment comes as a GiroCode to scan, and all of them together as a SEPA file in the current pain.001.001.09 format, or 001.03 for older bank portals.

The difference
Paying bills without and with the Bills Agent
Same bills, same bank. Just no retyping and no sticky notes on your monitor.
Without Bills Agent
Bills are scattered across email, downloads and your desk
You retype account numbers, amounts and memos by hand
The 2/10 window closes before anyone remembers it
Switched bank details only show up once the money is gone
At month end you hunt down every document for your accountant
With Bills Agent
Every vendor bill in one place, uploaded or straight from email
Alex reads it all, you just review and copy
The discount is in the payment run while it’s still in reach
Changed bank details, duplicates and outliers are flagged
One ZIP with a CSV list and documents, ready for your books
Working together
Bills arrive on their own and speak up in time
The Bills Agent works with your email and your morning. Nothing to forward, nothing to look up.

Questions
What you want to know first
Short, straight answers. If yours is missing, just ask us.
Does Automagio send the money?
No, and that’s on purpose. The Bills Agent prepares every payment: payee, bank details, amount and memo ready to copy, plus a GiroCode and SEPA file for European accounts. You send the money in your own online banking and approve it there as usual. Automagio needs no access to your bank account.
Which files can I upload?
PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP, up to ten files at once and 20 MB each. A phone photo of a paper bill works too. Every file is checked by its content, and the same file uploaded twice is skipped.
How do bills from my email get into the agent?
Through the Email Agent, which builds on the Inbox Agent. Turn on “File attachments” there, and it saves bills from your inbox automatically and hands them to the Bills Agent. Alex reads them the next time you open it.
What happens if a vendor suddenly has new bank details?
Alex compares the IBAN on the bill with the one he knows for that vendor. If they differ, the bill gets a clear warning showing the old and new details. Best to call the vendor before you pay. That’s how fake bills get caught.
How does Alex decide whether to take a discount?
He does the math: today plus the lead time until the money arrives (one business day by default). If that falls within the discount window, like the 10 days in “2/10 Net 30”, he suggests the discounted amount, otherwise the full amount. You can switch it per bill in the payment run.
Does it work with US banks?
Yes. For US vendors, Alex reads routing and account numbers and terms like “2/10 Net 30”, and the payment run gives you every field to copy into your bank’s transfer form. For European vendors you also get a GiroCode and a SEPA file (pain.001) to upload to online banking.
Can I hand my bills to my accountant?
Yes. In the settings, pick a month or a year and download a ZIP: a CSV list of all bills plus every document, named by date, vendor and invoice number.
What about autopay and PayPal?
Alex recognizes them by the payment method and keeps them out of the payment run. Autopay bills move to “Paid” on their own after the debit date, which you can turn off. PayPal and card bills take one click to confirm.
Stop retyping bills. Start approving them.
Turn on the Bills Agent, drop in your open bills and let Alex prepare your first payment run.
