The Inbox Agent reads along, sums up every email in one sentence and shows you right away who is waiting for a reply. It learns your folders, spots phishing and suggests where everything else belongs. You decide with a click.
How it works
Setup takes two minutes. After that the agent works with you every time you open it.
Server, address, password. The agent checks the login, stores your credentials encrypted and sends an approval email to your mailbox. It only starts reading after you click.
He looks at what has ended up in which folder so far and remembers the patterns: the utility company goes to Bills, the print shop goes to Suppliers.
Messages that belong together become one case with a one-sentence summary, a category, an urgency level and a note on whether a reply is needed.
The agent suggests where an email belongs. One click is enough, and for eight seconds everything can be undone. If you like, safe cases are filed automatically.

Needs reply
Instead of one long list sorted by date, you get tabs that think ahead: needs reply, stalled, waiting for reply, important, notifications, newsletters. The counter shows how much there really is to do.
Promises and deadlines
“I'll send you the documents by Friday” – sentences like that get lost in a busy week. The agent finds promises and deadlines in your email and collects them in one place. With the Task Agent, one click turns them into a task.
Spam and phishing
The agent checks hard signals you can't see in an email: forged senders, failed mail server checks, reply addresses on another domain. Every flag comes with its reasons, and nothing is deleted on its own.
Read safely
Many emails carry invisible tracking pixels that tell the sender when you read them. The agent shows outside emails behind three layers of protection: it strips scripts and forms, isolates the view and blocks images from outside servers. One click loads them if you want.

Reply, reply all, forward, new email – sent through your own mail server, with your signature and a copy in your Sent folder. Recipients get your email just like always.
Finished emails move to your Done folder, in your email app as well. Your inbox only shows what is still open.
Subject, sender and summary instantly, and the full text right on your mail server if you need it.
Put an email aside for 1, 3 or 7 days. It comes back at 7 am, or right away if the other person replies.
All attachments from several cases in one ZIP file. We don't store any of them.
Small labels tell you what to do: reply, add to calendar, create a task. One click, and the right agent takes over.
Arrow keys take you from case to case, and after “Done” the next one opens. On your phone every row becomes a card.

Any mailbox that offers IMAP for reading and SMTP for sending, which covers nearly every provider and your own mail server. Some providers ask you to create an app password for this. You can connect several mailboxes.
Nothing is ever deleted without your click, and nothing is marked as spam on its own. The agent only suggests moves. Only if you turn on automation does it file cases it has a safe, observed rule for, logged and reversible at any time.
Passwords are never stored in plain text. They are encrypted with a separate key for each company, and the master key is kept apart from the database and the web server. Before the agent reads along, your mailbox gets an approval email, and only your click switches it on.
We store sender, subject, a short preview and the summary so the list stays fast. The full text is fetched from your mail server when you open an email, and attachments are never stored.
No. The agent works right inside your mailbox: whatever you move or finish shows up the same way in Outlook, Apple Mail or on your phone. Many people just notice they hardly open their email app anymore.
While the Inbox Agent is open, at the interval you choose, for example every 15 minutes. When you open it, it catches up on everything since last time.
The Inbox Agent sorts, summarizes and protects. The Email Agent builds on it and takes the writing off your plate: drafts in your style, text snippets, a final check before sending, and going through your mail card by card.
