How it works

From the main goal to milestones to the first step

Alex guides you through a proven goal-setting method. You decide; he asks, suggests and keeps track.

  1. 1

    Define the goal

“More revenue” becomes a sentence with a number and a date – so clear that a child could tell how close you are. Phrased personally, positively and in the present tense.

  2. 2

    Plan the path

First you collect everything that could help – including how others have done it. Then it becomes a plan in the right order, with a first step for today or tomorrow.

  3. 3

    Milestones and target path

Long goals are broken down into quarters, months or weeks. Automagio calculates the interim targets and shows you at any time whether you’re on track.

  4. 4

    Stay on track

One minute a day for your goals, your progress every week, a look at the path every month. Alex reminds you on your dashboard and helps when you’re stuck.

Staying on track

Setting a goal is easy. Sticking with it is the art.

Most resolutions don’t fail at the start, they fail in week three. That’s why Alex supports you in three rhythms – short, concrete and with an eye on your numbers.

Daily check-in

One minute a day for your goals

If you write your goals down every day, they stay on your mind. In the daily check-in you write them from memory in your own words and tick off the next step. Prefer just reading them – or skipping it? You decide.

  • Reminder on your dashboard, no email flood
  • Peeking allowed: one click shows the goal statement
  • Your streak shows how many days in a row you’ve kept it up

Weekly check-in

Enter your progress, get an honest take

Once a week you enter where you stand and briefly note what went well and what’s stuck. Alex compares it with the target path, recognizes progress and names the most important next step – which you add to your plan with one click.

  • Traffic light: on track, tight or at risk
  • Suggestions only with your approval
  • Choose your weekday

Monthly check-in

Review the path once a month

Three questions, one review: what moved you forward, what held you back, what will you change? Alex checks with you whether the plan still fits and suggests adjustments – new steps, a milestone or, only if really needed, a new deadline.

  • Review in three questions
  • Alex updates the goal file
  • Also counts as the weekly check-in for its week

Two areas

Personal and business – neatly separated

You decide what you set goals for: personal only, business only or both. With both, you get two separate areas, each with its own overview – the daily check-in brings everything together.

  • Switch with one click
  • Change it any time in the settings
  • Nobody but you sees your goals

Also included

Small, but well thought out

Traffic light instead of gut feeling

Automagio compares your progress with the target path to your deadline and shows you at a glance which goal needs attention. Calculated without a language model – transparent and instant.

Three goal types

Numbers like revenue or weight, results with milestones like a launch, and habits like working out three times a week.

The first step counts

No plan starts without a first step with a date – small enough that you actually do it today or tomorrow.

Reminders on your dashboard

The widget shows due check-ins and where your goals stand – right where you start every morning anyway.

Alex remembers what matters

The goal-setting conversation results in a short goal file. That way Alex knows your why and your hurdles in every check-in, without you repeating everything.

Your goals belong to you

Goals are personal: even on a team, nobody but you sees them. When you delete a goal, the conversation with Alex is also deleted at the language model provider.

Ask Alex

Stuck or doubting the plan? Ask Alex right on the goal – he knows your numbers and your goal file.

Before / after

No more resolutions forgotten by February

Everyone has good intentions. The difference is a clear goal, a plan and someone who keeps you at it.

  • Idea list, plan and milestones
  • A first step with a date before you start
  • Target path and traffic light show where you stand
  • Alex supports you daily, weekly and monthly

Questions

What you want to know first

Short, straight answers. If yours is missing, just ask us.

How much does Goals Agent cost?

€4.95 per month. You activate it in the catalog with one click and can deactivate it any time – your goals are kept.

Who can see my goals?

Only you. Goals are personal – even if you use Automagio as a team, others can’t see them. Sharing is intentionally not possible.

Which method does Alex follow?

A classic seven-step goal-setting method: decide what you want, write it down, set a deadline, list every possibility, turn it into a plan, take the first step and do something for it every day. Goals are phrased personally, positively and in the present tense.

Do I have to write something down every day?

No. Writing your goals down daily is recommended because it keeps them top of mind. You can just read them instead or turn the daily check-in off completely – weekly and monthly check-ins remain.

What does Alex remember – and where?

The goal-setting conversation is stored with the language model provider (OpenAI) so Alex can remember it. For the check-ins he uses a short goal file that you can view on every goal. When you delete a goal, the conversation at the provider is deleted too.

What happens if I fall behind?

The traffic light shows it early. In the weekly and monthly check-ins Alex suggests concrete next steps – a new deadline or a different target only when really needed. Nothing is applied unless you confirm it with a click.

Can I plan goals for my team with it?

Goals Agent is meant for your own goals – personal or business. Shared goals that several people work on don’t belong here.

Your next goal starts with one sentence

Activate it, tell Alex roughly what you want – in a few minutes your goal is set, with a plan and a first step.
