Merge, split, convert, shrink, protect and sign: PDF Helper takes care of everyday office PDF tasks right in your browser. After every upload Alex shows you what is in the file – and what is worth doing.
How it works
No software to install, no settings to hunt for: drop the file, pick a tool, done.
Drag PDFs, Office files or images into the helper. The file check instantly shows pages, size, fonts, form fields and protection – and Alex tells you what stands out.
Merge in the order you want, select pages by clicking the preview, compress several files at once: each tool shows only what you really need.
Paste text from an email or note – Alex detects headings, lists and tables and turns it into a clean PDF. Word for word, without inventing anything.
You download the result. Then we delete the file right away, after 60 minutes at the latest. Processing happens on our own server in the EU.

Draw your signature with mouse or finger, or upload an image. Then drag it to the right spot – plus place, date or ticks in boxes.
Text to PDF
Minutes, quote or info sheet: Alex structures the text into headings, paragraphs, lists and tables. You just choose the design.
Security
Set a password, restrict printing, copying or editing – or remove a protection whose password you know. Your files are kept only as long as necessary.

PDF Helper is free in every Automagio account. Currently 30 jobs per person and day are possible, 15 of them with structuring by Alex.
Files are processed on our own PDF server in the EU. We delete them right after download, at the latest 60 minutes after last use. We do not store certificates, passwords or signatures.
PDF, Word (.doc, .docx, .odt, .rtf, .txt), Excel (.xls, .xlsx, .ods, .csv), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx, .odp) plus JPG and PNG – up to 50 MB per file.
You sign with your own certificate (.p12 or .pfx). How much evidential weight the signature has depends on your certificate – a qualified certificate gives a stronger signature than a self-issued one.
No. You can only remove protection if you know the password. If only editing is restricted, it works without one.
Alex structures the pasted text into headings, paragraphs, lists and tables. The content stays word for word. If you like, you can turn structuring off – then the text is set as a simple document.
German and English, also mixed. Pages that already contain text stay unchanged.
